Hi, I’m Tracy Dandes. I came to Coastal Chiropractic in 2002 for problems related to my lower back and shoulder. I had never been to a chiropractor before for fear of the "popping and cracking." A friend of mine highly recommended the doctors of Coastal Chiropractic for the unique low-force adjustments they use that don’t "crack your bones."

My chiropractic experience has taught me that if my spine and joints of the body are in alignment, the nervous system is able to function properly and keep me healthy! My personal benefits have been tremendous.
